Refund Policy: GrowAtOwn offers refunds within 30 days of purchase for services that have not been rendered. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to consult@growatown.com.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request.
Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel services at any time by providing written notice to consult@growatown.com. Cancellations become effective on the date received. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered as of the cancellation date.
Pricing: Prices for all services are subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect orders for which payment has already been made. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
